The Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum seeks a hard-working, customer focused, Facilities Manager. The Facilities team is responsible for the renovations and maintenance of CBMM’s 18-acre waterfront campus, exhibition buildings, grounds, gardens and equipment.

The Facilities Manager is responsible for the management of all physical plant operations including buildings, building systems, grounds, marina, and janitorial services as well as oversight of utilities, energy management, and fire safety and security systems, to provide a safe, healthy, and comfortable environment for staff and guests.

This is a full-time, benefits eligible position. A valid driver’s license, clean driving record and ability to pass a Criminal Background check are requirements of the position. All CBMM team members must be service oriented & customer focused. Compensation based on experience, range from $70,000-$85,500.00 annually.
