If you love working with people, being on the water and would enjoy a summer helping others do the same, the CBMM Guest Services Associate position is for you.
Our Guest Services Associates support CBMM admissions and membership sales through our welcome center, retail sales in our museum store and provide guests with information and wayfinding throughout our 18 acre campus. As part of CBMM’s front-line sales force, the Guest Services Team is responsible for ensuring that all guests are greeted, engaged, and informed about CBMM.
If you have a “can do” attitude, we would love to meet you!
In your off time, you’ll have access to all that CBMM has to offer including exhibits, kayak rentals, and festivals. This is a perfect opportunity for students and young professionals.
This is a seasonal-hourly position with an expected work schedule of 16 to 40 hours per week during the months of April – October. While we are flexible in our scheduling, availability on weekends is key.
