This position will support several of WSA’s signature programs to empower community leaders in grass-roots environmental action. The Community Engagement Specialist will utilize their skills to increase WSA’s impact in the following areas:

Community outreach and strategic relationships within faith-based communities, schools, and youth organizations

Volunteer mentorship and support

Impact documentation
The Community Engagement Specialist must share a commitment to supporting the volunteer goals of a diverse range of constituents and have a strong desire to advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice (DEIJ) in Anne Arundel County.
