Position Description:
Ecosystem Services is seeking an environmental scientist candidate with relevant experience and a willingness to be an active participant in the growth of our company. Compensation will be based on the experience and qualifications of the applicant along with a competitive benefits package. Applicants must have the ability and willingness to work in fast-paced and challenging environments, inclement weather, and to travel. This position will support natural resource permitting, environmental report writing, and field data processing and reporting.
Qualifications:

| · B.S. or Technical Degree in Environmental Science, Biology, or related natural resource discipline | · Familiarity with Section 401/404 permitting for variety of projects |
| · 1+ years of relevant experience | · Familiarity with surveying practices |
| · Proficiency at technical report writing | · Experience conducting mitigation monitoring |
| · Examples of work experience | · Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D |
| · Excellent oral and written communication skills | · Familiarity with ArcPro (ESRI software) |
| · Authorized to work in the U.S., possess valid driver’s license |
Position Responsibilities:
- Prepare technical reports
- Prepare environmental permitting documents
- Prepare mitigation success monitoring reporting
- Assist with environmental field studies
- Perform ArcGIS map production
