The position entails assessing current Chesapeake stewardship-related curriculum and programming, developing new educational program templates for partners; conducting regional training workshops for environmental educators and teachers; implementing a new National Park Service Junior Ranger program; providing technical assistance for education and outreach projects supported through NPS financial assistance awards; and evaluating and revising a voluntary stewardship code for the general public.
