As an Environmental Biologist, some of your typical work assignments may include:
Analyzing and providing recommendations on a wide variety of environmental biology issues associated with the construction and operation of hydropower facilities and proposing recommendations to avoid, minimize, and mitigate impacts.
Preparing environmental documents pursuant to NEPA that analyze a range of environmental biology issues.
Planning, executing, moderating, and making presentations at public scoping meetings, comment meetings, federal/state/local government meetings, stakeholder meetings and conferences.
