Environmental Concern’s native plant nursery—established in 1972 as the first native plant nursery in the nation—has been a leader in growing and promoting native plants for over 50 years. We’re excited to welcome a new team member to our newly constructed native plant nursery!

Position: Nursery Sales & Technician (Part-Time, with Full-Time Potential)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing individual to help expand our native plant sales and support daily nursery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and process native plant orders
  • Assist customers in selecting appropriate native plants
  • Increase customer base
  • Maintain accurate plant inventory records
  • Support nursery managers with day-to-day operations, including plant propagation and care

Qualifications:

  • Friendly, customer-focused attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Interest in native plants, horticulture, or environmental conservation
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus (but not required)
