This position will create and manage an equity strategy for the Department of Parks that will help guide the Department’s efforts to better achieve inclusion in all aspects of park programs, operations, and management. This position will work with the department’s senior management team to ensure that we are focusing resources and responding effectively and appropriately to economic, social, racial, and demographic changing in our community.
