The accredited Cacapon and Lost Rivers Land Trust (CLRLT) is seeking a strategic thinking, energetic people-person with a love for land preservation.  The ideal candidate will be able to creatively lead our well established and well-respected organization into a new period of growth and exciting land preservation and educational opportunities.  Demonstrated skill in working with landowners, local communities, potential funders and the public is a must.  We are a non-profit non-governmental organization dedicated to helping protect our rivers and streams and preserving the agricultural, ecological and cultural heritage of our area.  Our largely rural watershed encompasses a beautiful and diverse area with excellent recreational opportunities and nearby access to Winchester, Virginia, Washington, D.C. and other metropolitan areas.   A cover letter, resume and a list of three references should be sent to:
