The Restoration Program Manager is a mid-level position responsible for developing and managing a capital improvement program to address the restoration requirements of the County’s MS4 permit.  The Restoration Program Manager reports to the Watershed Protection and Restoration Program Manager, manages consultant project managers, manages capital budgets, manages design contracts, manages capital projects and works with design consultants, contractors, and construction inspectors.

Qualified candidates will have direct experience in watershed assessments and planning, stream restoration, and stormwater management.  Experience should include familiarity with developing restoration plans, calculating pollutant loads, applying for permits, estimating costs, and schedule and budget development.   The ideal candidate is highly organized, a self-starter, a team player, and welcomes the challenge and opportunity to develop a program from the ground up.
