The Operations Director will coordinate and supervise daily operations and ensure compliance with regulations, safety protocols, and internal policies. The Operations Director will lead program planning and monitor progress towards achieving goals. The Operations Director will work to simultaneously enhance overall organizational productivity and employee morale. The Operations Director will assist the Executive Director in developing and implementing plans and goals with strong support from staff.
