Are you ready to take a leadership role in the environment? The Landscape Foreman (I) oversees the construction and maintenance of projects such as rain gardens, conservation landscapes, tree plantings, and other stormwater management installations. This role coordinates daily field operations, guides crew leaders and crew members, and helps ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.
Unlike a traditional landscape foreman role, this position also works closely with the Programs Team to support workforce development participants as they build skills, gain field experience, and explore long-term careers in the green industry.
