Job Description:
Assists the Environmental Resource staff in managing Reston’s 800 acres of protected parkland. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Duties include native planting, invasive plant removal, property maintenance and surveying, trail maintenance and erosion control, and debris removal.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old. Valid driver’s license and good driving record required. Must be comfortable working outdoors, hard working, and enthusiastic. Ability to lift, carry and remove various objects/plants/trees weighing up to 80 pounds. Occasional weekend work may be required. Some course work in the natural sciences or related field preferred.
