Responsibilities

Responsible for generating sales and managing all aspects of the sales process of the Nursery.  As well as collaborating with Nursery staff on inventory decisions, pricing and budgeting.

Requirements

Maryland Native plant identification capability

Sales or Environmental Restoration or Nursery experience

Good communication skills both written and verbal

Proficient with standard Microsoft software packages

Compensation

Base salary plus commission
