Pickering Creek Audubon Center in Easton, MD, is hiring environmental educators for the 2018-2019 school year! Located on a tidal tributary of the Chesapeake Bay, Pickering Creek and its 410 acre property are a microcosm of Maryland’s Eastern Shore. School year Environmental Educators are needed to assist in growing our successful environmental education programs. S/he serves as an integral part of our education staff; reports to the center’s Education Manager; and works with additional center and state staff. S/he will maintain positive and friendly working relationships with the general public, volunteers, and local/regional community organizations and K-12 school groups.
This position is from Wednesday, September 5, 2018, through Friday, May 31, 2019. Housing is available, but not required.
