The Eastern Region Association of Forest and Nature Schools (ERAFANS) is excited to announce an opening for a Program Coordinator! This part-time, 25 hour/week job is based in the greater Baltimore, MD region. In this role, you will coordinate various in person training opportunities such as Outdoor Teacher Retreats and custom professional development at schools, as well as schedule online teacher training such as our Outdoor Preschool Teacher Series and free monthly webinars. ERAFANS provides professional development and community-based initiatives that cultivate equitable access to nature-based education and environmental literacy for all. Our nonprofit was founded in 2016, and since that time we have served thousands of teachers from all 50 states and 24 different countries. Our Nature-Based Teacher Certification is a one-of-a-kind training opportunity that prepares teachers for outdoor learning, and we host a range of in person and online training to meet the diverse needs of teachers and child care providers.
