WSA seeks a consultant to assess one of WSA’s new programs, the tree planting initiative Replant Anne Arundel. Based on the results of their assessment, the consultant will design and assist with the implementation of a new strategy that will determine best practices for engagement, recruitment, and outreach to landscaping professionals with whom we have not previously worked.
