Maryland Sea Grant invites applications for a Research, Proposal, and Reporting Coordinator to join a dynamic team advancing coastal and marine science across the Chesapeake and Coastal Bays. This position is ideal for a highly organized, intellectually curious professional who is interested in shaping, supporting, and managing impactful research programs. In this role, you will work at the intersection of science and strategy—supporting research competitions, coordinating proposal development and submission, and managing project reporting to ensure the success and integrity of our research portfolio. Other duties may include Maryland Sea Grant research workshops and assisting in strategic planning and program reporting efforts.
