Planning is underway for the Choose Clean Water Coalition’s Young Professionals of Color (YPC) Mentorship Program. Designed to empower and equip young Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) professionals with the skillsets needed to advance in their environmental careers, the main goals for this program are to increase representation from BIPOC people in leadership positions, foster a safe space for community building, and develop shared learning. Having grown each year in size and popularity, past trainings have included combatting microaggressions, overcoming imposture syndrome, having courageous (difficult) conversations, and creating equity in the workplace.

We are now accepting applications to hire a consultant to lead six customized trainings for our 2024 program. See below for more information. The deadline to apply is Friday, November 10th at 5PM. The link for the RFP can be accessed here.
