Howard EcoWorks is an environmental nonprofit based in Howard County, Maryland. We are addressing climate issues with environmental restoration, while providing career opportunities in the green industry. We are currently accepting applications for our year-round conservation team as a Senior Crew Leader.
Are you passionate about the environment? Senior Crew Leaders oversee the daily implementation of conservation projects while guiding and supporting field crews. They coordinate work in the field, uphold safety and quality standards, and serve as a key link between crew members, program participants, and operational staff. Through hands-on leadership, Senior Crew Leaders ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with Howard EcoWorks’ mission.
