Rock Creek Conservancy is a DC area non-profit and partner to the National Park Service that exists to restore Rock Creek and its parklands as a natural oasis for all people to appreciate and protect.
The Senior Program Manager will, with the support of the Stewardship Manager and the Downspout Disconnect Manager, work to develop and advance effective programs and policies that protect and improve the health of Rock Creek and its parklands. Using the organizational Strategic Plan as a guideline, the Senior Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the management of the Conservancy’s restoration and stewardship activities, including restoration of forest health and efforts to directly, through convening or advocacy, reduce damage from stormwater runoff while cultivating environmental stewardship and engaging community members.
