Underwood & Associates is seeking a full-time Accounting position with Annapolis based company. Applicant must have bookkeeping experience with knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, knowledge of Quickbooks, MS Word, MS Excel Software, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Duties include:
Responsible for Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
Able to meet deadlines
Make bank deposits
Monthly reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts
Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested
Assist in bid process when it relates to accounting
Applicant must have an Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent business experience (at least 3 yrs)
