Upcoming Native Plant Events

We have no less than three great events at the Robinson Nature Center in Columbia, MD coming up for those who are Native Plant Enthusiasts, or just want to learn more about natives and acquire a few for their own gardens and yards. Friday, April 15th from 7 to 9:30 – Native Plant Trivia with raffles, prizes, brain-teasers, cash bar and the amazing, Helen Lowe Metzman (Director of the Green Farmacy Garden) hosting the evening. $10 per person for adults 21 years and up.

Sunday, May 1 from 2 to 4 PM – Plan your Native Plant Garden Workshop led by Lauren Turner, Owner of Howard County’s Eco-friendly Lauren’s Garden Service LLC. $35 per person for ages 18 years and up (limited to 12 participants; preregister by April 24th)

Sunday, May 15 from Noon to 4:30 PM – Native Plant Palooza, Robinson’s annual native plant sale. FREE for all ages. Children must be accompanied at all times by an adult.
