    Senior Environmental Water Resources Professional

    We are presently seeking a Senior Environmental Water Resources Professional with engineering and project
    management experience. This is an extraordinary opportunity to impact Chesapeake Bay water quality
    improvement initiatives for State and local governments and commercial clients.
    The selected candidate will foster client relationships, lead proposals, manage projects, mentor staff, and be a
    senior technical resource for projects involving site/civil design, stormwater management, water resources, as
    well as other environmental and civil subject areas. This position will be tailored to the selected candidate’s
    experience and personal interest and is based out of our Hunt Valley, MD office.
    We have a tremendous base of positive client relationships, working hand in hand every day with public works
    and operations managers in government and industry, supporting their efforts to improve their performance and achieve their business and organizational goals. This has resulted in a stable backlog of projects and
    opportunities for growth.
    Experience – The ideal candidate will have 15-25 years of water resources and civil/environmental engineering
    experience, and be open to a stormwater concentration.
    Education – Minimum of B.S. degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related field.
    Other Qualifications
    1. Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensed in Maryland or ability to obtain Maryland license through
    reciprocity
    2. Exceptional client management, business development, and proposal preparation skills
    3. Desire to mentor staff and grow their capabilities
    4. Aptitude for leading teams of professionals across engineering and science disciplines, including
    internal staff and subcontractors
    5. Excellent written and oral communication skills
