Barns of Shenandoah County with John Adamson – Seven Bends Lecture Series

On behalf of the Shenandoah County Historical Society, John Adamson will present a program that includes many interesting photographs of county historic barns. To date, John has surveyed more than 240 Shenandoah County barns. John will share how individual barns are surveyed and what he is learning about their architecture, construction and use. He will also share statistics that demonstrate the unique, historical character of Shenandoah County barns.
