The Chesapeake Bay Trust seeks an innovative, strategic and entrepreneurial leader to serve as its Executive Director. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated experience and skills in the areas of strategic planning, board relations, organizational development, personnel management and operations and financial management. He or she should have broad and thorough knowledge of Chesapeake Bay and/or ecosystem restoration; experience developing partnerships with government agencies, foundations, and other organizations; and an understanding of the role that community-based organizations as well as the public have in driving social and environmental change. The Executive Director should also have knowledge of foundation operations and grant management.
