Farmers and members of the agricultural community in the Chesapeake Bay region seeking information on a issues related to the use of pesticides – especially conservation planning and other actions to reduce pesticide impacts on health and the environment – can access this information kit produced by the Pesticides and the Chesapeake Bay Watershed Project.
Every effort was made to take into account the varying perspectives of farmers – both in terms of the benefits they see from pesticides, as well as increasing concern about health impacts from ongoing exposure.
