Jen developed a map that shows the potential fragmentation of A-1 parcels in the County. The point of the map – show that even though the County took a big step with the revision of the A-1 zoning rule, there is still potential for the A-1 to be subdivided substantially. The answer to this problem is not further revision of the zoning requirement but rather the consideration of revision the subdivision ordinance to require more consideration of natural resources during the planning of development process.
