McLean Gardens Condominiums are located in Northwest Washington, DC. Over the past two years, McLean Gardens with American University, Casey Trees, the UDC Cooperative Extension Service, and the District Department of the Environment have collaborated to document and understand the property’s living systems, physical attributes, and the residents’ preferences for managing their outdoor environment. The goal of this effort is to understand how to create a more sustainable McLean Gardens. McLean Gardens is seeking proposals for Landscape Architect Services from all qualified firms and individuals who share a commitment to sustainable approaches for managing natural resources.
