Dear All,

I am the Director of the Maryland Campaign for Environmental Human Rights, working with a broad Maryland coalition to place an amendment in our state constitution that will ensure everyone’s right to a healthful environment (as was promised us in 1973 in the MD Environmental Policy Act but never properly enforced).

We are interested in speaking with the Sustainability Officer at Perdue – does anyone have a connection there or contact information you can share with me?

We are also eager to speak with farmers about the amendment and about regenerative farming. Any farmers in the group?

One more thing: we would love more organizations to sign our sign-on letter, and otherwise spread the word about this importantĀ  initiative to codify theĀ  legal right and establish the legal foundation we need to protect our lands, water, air, people, wildlife and ecosystem!

Thanks so much. (my direct email is nina@mdehr.org)
