Join Southern Maryland Audubon Society for an Owl Prowl at Jefferson Patterson Park in Saint Leonard, MD next Friday, Feb. 11 at 5:50 pm. This a great family “outing” and is open to the public. Owls are nocturnal and notoriously difficult to spot, but field trip leader Bob Boxwell is an expert at finding these elusive birds. Dress appropriately for the weather and avoid noisy clothing. Rain or high winds will result in cancellation. Event ends depending on the owls! Estimate the event to last 60 – 75 minutes. 

Directions:  Arrive no later than 5:50 pm. Gates close at 6 pm. Set your GPS for Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum,
