The District Department of Energy & Environment is looking to fill a Program Analyst Position.

Salary range: $72,711 – 93,735

DOEE’s Water Quality Division administers the District’s Federal Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) programs. The administration of these programs requires tracking of complex administrative, financial, and reporting information, often in coordination with other District and Federal agencies. The Program Analyst’s responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting financial tracking efforts within the CWSRF and DWSRF programs including, but not limited to, budget establishments, reprogramming requests, grant-funded project expenses, and interagency standard request forms
  • Assisting the project lead with regulatory reporting, database management, and project tracking activities
  • Supporting Water Quality Division programs with data analysis and report preparation

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with complex financial and grant management information
  • Familiarity with and ability to use database management software (eg. Microsoft Excel, Quickbase, and/or others)
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn District contracting and procurement practices
  • Effective oral and written communications
