My Background / Work History: Nickis a proven leader, possessing strong and demonstrated skills in theareas of project management and negotiations, contract management,personnel development and team building. He possesses the ability toconceptualize, implement and lead innovative business, financial andacquisition strategies and solutions, and specializes in cost reductioninitiatives. Nick has a reputation for fostering strong and effectiveinterdisciplinary working relationships.
Sinceco-founding the company in 2007, Nick has coupled his projectmanagement, communication and team building skills to guide the companythrough the use of innovative and cutting edge collaborationtechnologies and techniques. Prior to forming the company, Nick workedin management for companies such as Bechtel and GE. As a BusinessManager at Bechtel in the Naval Nuclear Program, he progressed throughincreasingly responsible positions culminating with leading a $135Mbusiness unit responsible for procuring highly complex nuclearpropulsion components, with a $500M annual backlog. While at Bechteland GE, Nick gained extensive experience in supply chain management,including business process and financial analysis, developing andtracking performance metrics and establishing new sources of supply.
Nickis a Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) with an M.B.A anda Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
