A practicing Professional Engineer, Ted has over 30 years of experience in the design, construction, and maintenance of stormwater facilities and stream restoration projects. He is the founder and Managing Member of Stormwater Management, LLC (SML) and the founder and Executive Vice President of Stormwater Maintenance, LLC (SMC). He is known as an industry leader on stormwater issues as related to existing infrastructure. Mr. Scott's experience includes the design of hundreds of stormwater facilities and oversight of the inspection, construction, and maintenance of thousands of stormwater facilities.
