My Background: received a Bachelor's in Forestry from Humboldt State University, Arcata, CA and Masters in Forest Pest Management from Simon Fraser University, Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. Served 2 years in the Peace Corps in the West Indies. His
My Work History: Began working for USDA-SCS as a Forester in Anchorage, AK, then USDA-NRCS in Champaign, IL and East Lansing, MI before moving to the East National Technology Support Center in Greensboro, NC in 2008.
My Interests: duties include providing training and assistance to NRCS employees in 23 East Region states in forestry practices such as Forest Stand Improvement, Agroforestry, Tree/Shrub Establishment and Prescribed Burning.
