Founder of Green Aquia, a tax-exempt non-profit organization in the Aquia Harbour subdivision of Stafford, VA. Green Aquia is a "grass roots" club focused on reducing the environmental footprint of our current generation on our planet's resources while enhancing the sustainability of our lifestyles. Our community consists of 2300 homes and nearly 8000 residents. We conduct semi-annual stream cleanups on Aquia Creek and Austin Run as well as Water Quality Testing of these creeks. We run a Community Garden that maintains 28 family garden plots and conduct semi-annual Household Hazardous Waste collection events.
