Facilitating Engaging Meetings: Do you want to lead more productive meetings? Whether you’re convening partners, guiding your internal team, or facilitating community input, your facilitation helps shape what groups can accomplish together. You’ll learn practical facilitation techniques and approaches to apply to your own context. These guided, interactive sessions will build your confidence as a facilitator and help you design and lead more productive meetings while navigating common facilitation challenges.

Energize Your Partnerships and Networks: Do you want your collaborative work to have a bigger impact, but have limited time or resources? In this three-part, live, online training, you will learn from ICL’s expertise facilitating hundreds of collaborations! Build skills to develop trust-based relationships, share leadership effectively, and make better group decisions. Your group will benefit from clearer direction, stronger relationships, and greater comfort navigating group complexity.
