The Greater Baltimore Wilderness Coalition is seeking a dynamic, outgoing, motivational individual to help take our green workforce development network, the Climate Crew Network, to the next level. The Climate Crew Network (CCN) is a workforce development program led by GBWC in collaboration with the Chesapeake Conservancy and other organizations. The CCN equips young adults and under- and unemployed individuals from a diversity backgrounds, with green job training, hands-on field experience, and industry connections while advancing local restoration and resilience efforts.
We are looking for someone with environmental restoration and workforce development experience, a working understanding of and belief in the power of collaborative work, strong, compelling, communication skills, a high degree of organization, and the ability to inspire people and make them smile.
We have no preconceptions about the “ideal candidate.” If you have the passion, adaptable skills, and willingness to learn and think big, we encourage you to apply.
